Nothing but amazing

Monzo have been an amazing bank since the start, especially after a RTC which cause lengthy overdraft issues they where understanding and helped fully. There great support helps within the day although would be great to have everything stick to the same agent sometimes or be able to call over chat box as it is much easier to in some cases to talk than text issues, apart from that it's amazing and the app is beautiful there app development team have done an amazing job. I switched to Monzo this year and it has been absolutely the best thing in terms of visibility and management of my finances, not just across my Monzo accounts and 'pots' but accounts with other providers too. The salary sorting is amazing and let's me to see clearly how much disposable income I have left after setting aside for bills etc. The savings challenge is great and allowing me to to set aside some money too. The only downside I found so far is that I had to post a cheque that was for an amount of greater than £500 as it was above the limit to scan on the app and this take some time to clear. Monzo has tonnes of features and the app is easy to use - they're miles ahead of the standard high street banks and I wish I'd switched sooner. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2026

Froze our accounts for no reason

The app is intuitive and makes everyday banking simple, especially with instant spending notifications, budgeting tools, and savings Pots that help keep money organised. Would highly recommend you use Monzo, especially at least to get your wages paid into as you can collect it a business day early at 4pm. You can also see more days in advance of what amount of money is due in/out of your account. You also can easily get a welcome bonus amount of £ when you join. I got £5 but think some get more if you’re lucky. Can add your card to Apple Pay and spend straight away no need to wait for your card to arrive. Only a sift search is required I believe to se up an account so quick and easy to set up. Honestly recommend you bank with Monzo, especially to get your wages early Reviewed on: 25th April 2026
