Disappointing

Started off great, but recently support has gone downhill and the app is more and more unfinished. Features are just rushed out. The Monzo Care has gone. Reviewed on: 6th November 2018

Excellent provider, being let down by explosive growth.

When I first created my account, it was wonderful. My card came quickly, and their app works really well. Unfortunately, their recent explosive growth has caused support times to decrease dramatically. However, they're still amazing and are still the best bank by a large margin. Best customer-focused current account

Monzo has opened the door to bank accounts being much more than they commonly are. They have provided a great number of features to make the customer's life much easier, from controlling the expenses on your card through notifications to viewing your pin, as well as improving the customer's ability to track their spending with their budget tool which coupled with some of the automatic savings features have drastically improved the health of my financial life. Flawless modern banking

Incredibly easy to use for day to day banking, no uneccesary complexities (I.e. changing address when moving can be done in a few taps, no branch visits). Constant innovation and updates with cool features like bill splitting and IFTTT support for extensions. Reviewed on: 6th November 2018

Changed how I use money

Instant notifications telling me how I'm doing with money, instantly freezing a card if I loose it, unfreezing if I find it and fast card delivery for when I can't. An overdraft I can toggle on and off quickly, with a free buffer incase something goes wrong. Simple, efficent and correct, no more waiting 3 days for my credit card to update and delightful notifications when I get paid. Reviewed on: 6th November 2018

Simply awesome

A friend of mine advised me about Monzo so I signed up for an account on the Friday night at 23:30. Within 72 hours I had been accepted, ID all sorted & the card was behind the door Tuesday afternoon. As for how the account performs, that's 10 out of 10. Every transaction pops up on my smartphone as soon as I've swiped the card / keyed in the PIN. Payment into the account by my customers is instant. So far, & six months in, not one issue! The big high street banks are failing people so I can only see Monzo going from strength to strength. :-) Reviewed on: 5th November 2018

Excellent Bank and Customer Service

I love this bank. So many rich features that you will not find in any high street bank. Their customer service is outstanding after I had an issue with my salary not being paid into my account correctly, whilst this was frustrating and caused concern, their customer service helped to deal with the issue and resolve my complaint. Loving how you can add saving pits and schedule payments into these daily or weekly and set yourself goals, maybe for those big yearly expenses or holiday or car. Real time notification as money is paid into your account or a debit is made, with a host of security features that you can enable yourself depending on your own preference. This bank is leading the way and will leave the others standing. Wished I started using it as my main bank account sooner. Reviewed on: 26th October 2018
