Best bank account I have had

I love the way Monzo is run, it feels more personal than other banks even though it’s all digital! (You can chat on the phone too if you need to) they seem to think of loads of little things that make your life easier too. I always recommend it as it’s just so easy and straight forward to use. Also love that they don’t try and sell you loads of stuff. Reviewed on: 28th January 2020

Where to begin with Monzo? They offer the most speedy to use app that shows me what I need to see about my money and my account instantly. The attention to detail, with all the features they promote are second to none - and the backbone of this company, with its ethics and stellar customer service round off what is now my favourite app on my phone. Teaching the big banks some lessons

Have had an account for well over a year and will not be going back to the big banks. I always know where I am with the balance always taking into account upcoming bills. If I have had to contact them the response on webchat has been really quick and any issues dealt with efficiently. Sterling work around customers with gambling problems. Would recommend to anyone. Easy banking

Monzo is easy to use and bank with , Can control everything with my online account , See my spending at once and many other things , I believe they also give now loans at a fantastic rate , which i may use in the near future .
