Opening access to banking

I've been with Monzo since before they were a bank. Their app is a game changer for me. Prior to Monzo I had real difficulty accessing banking services due to opening hours, busy call centres and terrible websites. Monzo made banking accessible to me. Reviewed on: 28th March 2025

More than anyone could expect!

I have been with lonzo and just upgraded to plus and it is so so worth it, I love I can see my cards in one place and the temporary card thing is so good I use it all the time for my online purchases now. I would always recommend as it makes banking so much easier, I have in fact moved away from my Barclays current account completely as I prefer monzo so much more. Starting to explore their savings options as opposed to just the pots too and that’s great, loving the one penny a day challenge and the round up stuff. It just feels really great for financial literacy too, something I absolutely wasn’t taught, but explains things so well and in real people terms and I genuinely really appreciate it. ALSO love the fact I can check in with my credit score and they have great bits around mortgage. I would always recommend monzo to anyone I genuinely think they are brilliant.
