Brilliant bank for budgeting

I've been using Monzo for years and I can't even imagine using a different bank as my main account. The experience has been great, and I've been using premium (now Max) which gives me so many extra benefits (e.g. I travel a lot and I needed a travel insurance, but decided to pay for Monzo instead of a separate company I'd need to deal with). They don't really support you if you've been the victim of a scam. Plus the customer service takes ages to get back to you. It's almost as if there is no real human behind the customer service wall. This makes me weary of them. It's a shame because all of the other perks and features are quite nice. Reviewed on: 5th June 2024

Best bank i have ever been with!

They offer various perks, a free 1 year railcard and weekly greggs. Like how could i ask for more? The service is reliable and i love the system where you use pots to save money in! Overall Monzo is now the main bank I use. You can even ask for your pay a day early! Reviewed on: 2nd June 2024

I recommend monzo

Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. No updates to fraud enquiry in over a month and support staff send a consistent stream of copy and paste answers with no further information and full of patronising words and emojis. Impossible to speak to someone who can actually help. Reviewed on: 27th May 2024
