Best customer service from any bank I have had dealings with in the UK

Monzo is a clear winner. They are spot on with their customer service. They are transparent about costs, they make banking and transactions easy for small customers. They respond swiftly to issues. This gets my votes for people's bank. Five star fuss free banking. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Sorted my holiday saving

Never realised how quickly savings could grow with “regular pots” collecting my spending “round ups”. It encouraged me to save more towards holidays, special occasions etc. Along with using my monzo abroad, thus avoiding expensive exchange rates, it’s made holidays really pleasurable again.
