Good, but a way to go. Ghastly card!

A good start, with much to recommend. Well designed app and responsive to customer requests. My only concern is whilst this bank tries so hard to be ‘cool’ it can sometimes forget in is whacky posts that money is a serious business and frivolity is not always appropriate or appreciated. Starling, for example, gets this balance right. I also detest the colour of the card which is embarrassing to use! Good start though. Reviewed on: 17th January 2018

I’ve been a loyal customer since 2019, and I’ve always had a great experience with your customer support team. They’re always there to help me out when I need it, and they’re really helpful and friendly. I also love the perks you offer, like Cashback with Monzo, Investments, and Railcard. Great app functions, ever evolving user interface, very helpful financial advice tools like credit score enhancement tips and more.
