I had blocked my pin code in my card reader over the weekend. I phoned my bank but there was a long wait. The automated message suggested using natwest.com/support and using the live chat. My issue was resolved with Cora. Thank you Nat West. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

They have all been good if I was unsure of a question or a transaction. have been a very reassuring if a scam was involved and reacted very quickly. Leaving you feeling very confident. Replies being artificially slowed to feel more human like is quite literally the worst bit of UX design I have ever, ever, ever experienced. An already frustrating experience is now made utterly unusable. All I wanted was a final statement after I thankfully used the current account switching service and changed current accounts to First Direct. Having been promised a copy of my final statement, nothing ever arrived. And now it's impossible to actually speak to someone who can actually get one for me. Great work Natwest! ABSOLUTELY TOTALLY USELESS, AND A REASON TO QUIT NATWEST AFTER 50 YEARS. WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT ACCESSING OLD STATEMENTS. TOOK ME ROUND THE HOUSES FOR AGES, THEN REFERRED TO AN ASSISTANT, THEN SHUT DOWN, DID THAT TWICE. NO BRANCH NEAR US, EXCEPT A MOBILE ONE SOMETIMES, AND NO ACCESS TO A HUMAN. Why hundreds of 5 Star reviews on 11th April? Something wrong here!

Cora is an annoying waste of time - I did not ask for it and want to have it removed. I would also like to know why almost all recent reviews are extremely negative, yet there seem to be many 5 Star reviews, poorly written, with spelling mistakes, all dated 11th April. It is the worst service I can think of. It often doesn’t work and when it does, it takes a lot of effort to get to a human The humans who respond are worse than Cora and close the conversations before sorting anything From my rewards I cashed £100 in September for vouchers. These never arrived and they are asking me to change my e mail address which I can’t see why I need to do. Then they close the conversation and tell me it has been escalated, who to I don’t know and it ends there and then they go quiet So I have to start all over again and after 3 months of trying, no movement at all In fact, it’s like monopoly , go back to start do not collect £100 Humans who sign off don’t give their names and you can’t phone anyone to get it sorted and it goes on and on Reviewed on: 15th December 2023
