I would rather stick pins in my eyes than speak to Cora

Replies being artificially slowed to feel more human like is quite literally the worst bit of UX design I have ever, ever, ever experienced. An already frustrating experience is now made utterly unusable. All I wanted was a final statement after I thankfully used the current account switching service and changed current accounts to First Direct. Having been promised a copy of my final statement, nothing ever arrived. And now it's impossible to actually speak to someone who can actually get one for me. Great work Natwest!
