waste of time, repeatedly

I have a NatWest personal account. After raising a complaint about online banking (from which I'm locked out), I was told to use the Chat to communicate and I've been trying every day for a week. Then I get stuck in a loop of questions that the bot cannot answer I get put in a queue and I wait for hours for an agent who never gets back to me. What would make this faster and more efficient? Being logged in! Thanks! If I could I wouldn't need to chat with an agent. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2023

Utter Garbage

Kept getting Error message. My responses just disappeared into ether. System just seem to freeze. Had a question regarding possible unusual activity on account. Gave up. Tried phoning fraud number. Twice put on hold after entering security responses then cut off after about 2 mins on hold. Given the nature of my enquiry this is more than poor. Just hope everything is OK with my accounts. A poor, slow and unhelpful service

It can sometimes take up to an hour to speak to a member of staff, via Cora. If you do get through, sometimes the agent will cut you off if you don't respond within seconds. Members of staff can be unhelpful and appear to just want to get you off the chat and move onto the next customer Reviewed on: 21st March 2023

Poor substitute for a human support team

NatWest Cora and products like DigiDocs are a poor attempt to automate customer services within the Natwest Banking group. Been trying to join your banks for weeks to receive the switching payments with little success. All the people I have been able to contact seem to have little or no access to do anything the automated systems are trying to do. Reviewed on: 21st March 2023
