When I needed some customer support, they were horrendous. I had the example where I was scammed by a car rental company and lost money and also having people using my bank cards. Loss of funds and appalling service

First they declared my bank account dormant. Closed it and took all the money. It's almost impossible to contact their customer services. They don't answer emails. Poor customer service

I've been a client with the bank for 14 years but the service throughout especially when it had to do with scams that can happen in someone's life was really poor. Even for the case I indicated explicitly the scamming institutions they preferred to do nothing. It's an archaic institution. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2024
