Card cloned at ATM and rectified same day

we had our debit card cloned from a ATM and Natwest had it all sorted and our account balance restored within the same day. The app is great, lets you know instantly if your account has received a transaction.. you can review it before it automatically gets taken out.... great piece of mind Reviewed on: 21st April 2025

Functional but Underwhelming

I opened an account with NatWest when I first moved to the UK — not out of preference, but because I needed an account with a mainstream bank. Since then, I’ve ended up with three accounts: a basic current account and two savings accounts. While everything works fine on a functional level, the overall experience feels a bit uninspired. The interest rates on savings are especially disappointing, making it hard to see much value in keeping multiple accounts with them. It does the job, but doesn’t offer much beyond the basics.
