I have been a NatWest customer for more than 20 years. They do provide good offers sometimes, however I feel they lack customer concern when it comes to borrowing, especially with never ending offers of loans and credit cards. Reviewed on: 27th February 2025

Nat.west. always on the case in the nicest way

Nat.west. have always looked after my account. Recently I wanted to transfer a large amount from my account the move was blocked followed by a pleasant security call to confirm that I was happy and not being forced or scammed the transaction was completed, just the latest compliment I can give.
