Awful!!

Even after you have settled the loan they don't update their records, so 5 years on your credit report still shows you haven't paid off here loan which you have!! I've wasted 5 years of my life trying to get this sorted! would never take out a loan or bank with them ever again! Reviewed on: 15th November 2016

quick loan procedure and fast payout

Natwest have a really easy application service online, no need to be sent forms as you can sign electronically. The money is in your account quickly too Reviewed on: 23rd April 2016

Financial help to consolidate loans

I had an appointment with the bank to help consolidate some loans i took out due to being blackmailed, the woman that spoke to me, she didnt have a caring attitude and shown me that she had no intention to help, i have a poor credit rating at the moment due to 5 loans being took out in 9 days, i need the bank to help me with £2000 so i can pay off the loans so i have 5 loans consolidated into one, all they said was the computer says no, if i wanted that answer i would have just applied for a loan, there should be a manager with enough power to override the system so they can help a customer of 13 years, then i would pay £200 per month oppose to £360 a month, it would have been really helpful, so i can give advice if anyone has a financial problem DO NOT GO TO THE BANK for help as they will have no intention of helping no matter how long you have been with the bank, the best thing to do is deal with it yourself Reviewed on: 21st April 2016

'Computer says no.....'

After 27 years as a loyal customer with an excellent credit history having settled numerous personal loans without ever defaulting, was turned down for a loan - the adviser could not understand it either. Too rigid and inflexible. Reviewed on: 18th February 2016
