Rewards can be exchanged for eGift cards or cashback, or you can choose to donate them to charity. This current account has a low monthly fee and gives account holders access to NatWest’s mobile banking app.

Terrible communication and out dated app

I have finally got round to closing my account with NatWest after falling for a sign up incentive a couple of years ago, I have had nothing but grief trying to contact NatWest for anything, there 'robot' tries to handle everything and achieves nothing. The app is so far behind other leading banks with security settings and ease of use. No sort code or account number on the physical card gets frustrating, even more so when they lock you out of online banking and you must wait for a letter to come via the post to access it. Best bank I've been with

I have banked with NatWest for years now and they have never let me down. Everything has been so easy to do that I've needed to with my mortgage and loan. Would recommend to friends and family. Reviewed on: 19th March 2023

Brilliant account

Totally worth the minimal monthly fee. I've had so much reward cash back of £1000 plus use of a fee free credit card and the app is easy peady to use. Reviewed on: 18th March 2023

Great account, with good rewards.

I've had this account a while now and never get tired of the emails telling me I've made £5 in rewards, or £10. The account is so easy to use and the app just makes it even more simple. If I ever need anything, customer support is a couple of clicks away. Great app, great account, great bank. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023
