Rewards can be exchanged for eGift cards or cashback, or you can choose to donate them to charity. This current account has a low monthly fee and gives account holders access to NatWest’s mobile banking app.

I love banking with Natwest

I have a reward account with NatWest which gives me cash back every time I spend with certain retailers; it definitely helps at tue moment! Even though it costs £2 a month, I get £5 back in rewards by using the app and through having direct debits. This account also allows me to open a regular savings account which gives me 6% interest! The app is also really user friendly; I love NatWest! Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

A mobile app par excellence!

I have had excellent service for the last five years with NatWest, no issues with my account or with customer service, who have been extremely helpful and very professional. The mobil app is very powerful and gives me the ability to action every account function you could need on a mobile smart device. The app appears very secure, which is a comfort. Best bank all around

Always used as primary bank, the account is easy to manage and everything is readily available, from direct debit management to payments and bills. Rewards and cashback are also great and overall never had a bad experience. Reviewed on: 27th February 2025
