A mobile app par excellence!

I have had excellent service for the last five years with NatWest, no issues with my account or with customer service, who have been extremely helpful and very professional. The mobil app is very powerful and gives me the ability to action every account function you could need on a mobile smart device. The app appears very secure, which is a comfort. Admiral's top marks for claim support..

Admiral's accident support is excellent, with claims settlement in under two weeks! The only downside is their online portal, while giving great access to a policy, it can only support a single policy per email address, and for a company that offers multiple insurance products in one it can be problematic. Fast, efficient and valuable!

One call insurance brokers can get you on the road in minutes! My online application was processed quickly and without fuss, no hidden charges, no going through the process of an "online" quote to be told at the final stage that you will get a call to complete the application, this is my biggest hate about the insurance community, if I wanted to speak to an upseller, I wouldn't have applied online!!!
