Both myself and my wife are disabled, but I am also...

Both myself and my wife are disabled, but I am also my wife's carer. While she was having a bad day and I was in the process of selling a push bike ( long story short) I got scammed. Realizing quite quickly I got onto the Bank (Nat West) not only did they manage to sort this and retrieve my funds but advised about help on my account for disabled people. They are an excellent bank in all aspects besides this and always happy and swift to help wether via the app, phone or branch excellent. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

I find NatWest Reward Account totally suits my needs, the banking app is the best of all other banking apps I have experienced. There is no fuss or complications, NatWest Bank quietly works in the background to simply and safely manage all my money needs. Luckily my local Worthing Branch is thriving and is unlikely ever to close, the staff are excellent. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

A mobile app par excellence!

I have had excellent service for the last five years with NatWest, no issues with my account or with customer service, who have been extremely helpful and very professional. The mobil app is very powerful and gives me the ability to action every account function you could need on a mobile smart device. The app appears very secure, which is a comfort.
