Times Ive called into my natwest branch, the workers are supportive and welcoming, Ive always been dealt with promptly and given really good advice. Fast customer service. Its always super easy to contact and barely any problems. Lots of good online services and excellent help information on the online services. Great app and v useful learning tool

The rooster app provides everything I needed.

The rooster app provides everything I needed. Encouragement to do chores, save and spend his well earned money. It teaches him so much but also has the built in safety that I can see what he’s spending and can make sure he doesn’t get scammed. My children love their Roster cards.

My children love their Roster cards and it is super easy to use! Also great way to get them to do housework and be rewarded for it!! Especially with teenagers!! It also helps my 8 year old understanding the value of money. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
