Exceptional customer service

In the past year both of my children have had issues with their cards due to their school bus provider. On both occasions the customer service I received from Rooster was exceptional. Easy and quick to transfer money to m teen

I like how I can transfer money easily to my 13year daughter when she is out without me. Gives me piece of mind. I think it helps her to feel more confident, that she can always if she is ever short on money , I can get money to her quickly Reviewed on: 12th February 2025

Fantastic products and services

I’ve been a Natwest customer for over 15 years and can’t thank them enough for all the products and services I’ve had: best mortgage rate in the market, best savings account with high return and the fantastic free Rooster account for my child which enables him to learn how to manage finances/make payments. It’s a safe way to give teenagers a bit of freedom whilst knowing what they are spending their money on. Also the alerts if you’re child is trying to buy something in certain shops they are not allowed to.
