Child friendly account

I think rooster money is excellent for children, it has a child friendly layout which is easy to use. If parents have a natwest account then there is no monthly fee unlike some other children bank accounts which is a bonus. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

Good independence for the kids but with protections.

Rooster is a great service for giving my children some independence but with protections in place. Setting chores is also helpful. The kids being able to use the app is a good feature. However the app can't seem to differentiate between my account and theirs when I sign in so I have to verify I'm an adult each time even using my fingerprint Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

A fabulous way for your children to learn the value...

A fabulous way for your children to learn the value of money, whilst gaining independence. Love that I can see what they are spending and keep an element of control. The app is easy to use, and having the parent pot means I can drop money in there and feed it to the kids accounts when they need it. Rooster is super easy to set up.

Rooster is super easy to set up. I love the fact that you can personalise the chores and that the children have ownership of taking responsibility for their money by completing chores.
