WORST COMPANY IN THE UK, THEY ARE UNCONTACTABLE, THEIR CHAT SERVICE DOESNT WORK, THEY AREN'T AVAILABLE VIA THE PHONE, THEY FINE YOU RIGHT AWAY IF A PAYMENT IS MISSED AND ISSUE A DEFAULT RATHER THAN QUERY WHY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT TAKE OUT INSURANCE WITH THIS EVIL COMPANY WHO HAVE NO REGARD FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!!!!! Difficult to beat on both Price and Customer Service.

I have found them hard to beat on price. In fact, they were only beaten once in the last eight years. Unfortunately, I made a claim on my Motor Insurance this year and it couldn't have been handled better. I was delighted with the Customer Service and their communication.
