unfortunately had to claim home policy but it was dealt with swiftly and professionally all expectations were met and they alway find me the best deal come renewal time and are easy to negotiate with their portal has to be one of the best around so easy to use and always updated saves hanging on phone with irritating loud music or tune and the we know you are waiting every 20 seconds or answering saying what number in line you are which is silly as a customer how on earth do we know how much call volume they have one call the way for broker insurance Reviewed on: 25th August 2020
