WORST COMPANY IN THE UK

WORST COMPANY IN THE UK, THEY ARE UNCONTACTABLE, THEIR CHAT SERVICE DOESNT WORK, THEY AREN'T AVAILABLE VIA THE PHONE, THEY FINE YOU RIGHT AWAY IF A PAYMENT IS MISSED AND ISSUE A DEFAULT RATHER THAN QUERY WHY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT TAKE OUT INSURANCE WITH THIS EVIL COMPANY WHO HAVE NO REGARD FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!!!!! We have been with One Call for several years for both car & home insurance & have always been extremely happy with the service provided.
