Great insurers- did what I needed

Unfortunately I have had to utilise One Call's services twice this year. Both times the incident was no fault on my part, and they dealt with both claims efficiently. They kept me informed throughout via email and phone, and made my life easy by being clear about what they needed from me and what would happen next at each stage of the process. My only criticism is that the online portal doesn't work for reporting a claim. Even when there are green ticks on every boxing says ooophs error please check your responses. So you waste time trying to complete it, only to have to ring as you can't report it via chat either Reviewed on: 26th September 2022
