They are the best credit union for Royal mail staff as some of the staff have worked in Royal mail. They understand who their members are.

Quick, fast, happy with IT systems. Communication was great on the journey of applying for a loan. They have great savings packages and fun insensitive with prize draws and tips on holidays and money saving. Reviewed on: 24th July 2022

Disappearing paperwork

I had a debt management plan with them and never missed a payment for the last 7 months. Now I'm told I'm not on a debt management plan and it was an human error and I need to redo all the things I did 7months ago. They tell me they can't find the paper work. When they initially had the paperwork to start the plan in the first place. I feel they lost paper work on purpose to make my debt management plan fail. Very reliable

The people at penny post cu are so easy to deal with and the nevo app is amazing and so quick to do everything with the loan, I applied for a loan in the morning and the funds were in my bank by the afternoon which I don't think anyone could beat that, all in all penny post is quick reliable and trustworthy Reviewed on: 9th August 2022
