Helpful, kind and understanding staff

I don’t often have to phone or contact Petplan because everything is sorted out between our vet practice and Petplan, which makes everything really stress free. However, the last time I called with a question, the colleague was so helpful and interested, it really was a pleasure to talk with her. Pet loving company

Petplan really understands how important pets are to their families and they do their best to support us when our animals are in trouble. Not only are they sympathetic and supportive when we need advice or make a claim, but there are regular useful emails about animal health. Great company for my pet

Whilst I haven’t yet had to claim on my insurance so can’t give an opinion on that, I do feel I have a good, fair priced policy and its easy to understand the terms and conditions with no hidden extras. Recommended by my vet practice, therefore must be trustworthy. Reviewed on: 26th July 2022
