Helpful, kind and understanding staff

I don’t often have to phone or contact Petplan because everything is sorted out between our vet practice and Petplan, which makes everything really stress free. However, the last time I called with a question, the colleague was so helpful and interested, it really was a pleasure to talk with her. It shone through our conversation that she loved animals and engaged with me in a positive way. Would recommend. Reviewed on: 26th July 2022
