Amazing claims service

In my opinion, Petplan is THE best insurance provider..

In my opinion, Petplan is THE best insurance provider on the market. Yes, it might appear a little more expensive but there's good reason for that. 1. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when I call up, putting my mind at east that my little dog Frankie will be able to get the best possible care. 2. They have paid all of my claims directly to my vet meaning I haven't been left out of pocket whilst the claim is processed. 3. The cover they provide is excellent! My friend is with another insurer and is always having to pay massive excess payments but my excess with Petplan is always the same. Reviewed on: 8th September 2025

I have had Petplan for years and they have always been brilliant. The claiming process is easy and fairly quick. My only issue is that you can't negotiate the price, however, the insurance is well worth it. Reviewed on: 5th September 2025

PetPlan - best in class

With our two cats recently we had to make use of our insurance for some important procedures. The referrals and pre-approvals were all done for us due to the process already in place between our chosen vets and the insurers. If we weren’t with PetPlan, we would have had to undertake a lot of communication and negotiation ourselves, which would have been very burdensome given the emotional side of sending our pets in for tests and procedures. Everything was taken care for us quickly, efficiently and with lots of compassion and care. I’d recommend anyone with a pet to get a policy with PetPlan, Reviewed on: 5th September 2025
