We made a claim for our Border Collie pup when she broke a baby canine tooth before we'd made our first monthly payment. It was settled straight away,Vets did all the claim process, all we had to do was pay the excess. Never had pet insurance before but happy we chose Petplan Reviewed on: 26th August 2025

Fabulous service, excellent staff, prompt payment

We had a terrible time last year when our dog developed acute pancreatitis. She was so ill and needed over night care. Petplan were fabulous and quick to reimburse us including the frankly exorbitant fees charged by the overnight care. My vet, who is an independent has more ethics than Vets now. Affordable 5 star cover

My cat Sooty had a couple of accidents when she was a young cat and she was expertly looked after by Harbour Vets in Portsmouth and Archway Vets in Petersfield and knowing that she was covered by Petplan took a lot of the worry out of what was a very stressful time. The vetinary staff were very helpful when we made our claim. Reviewed on: 25th September 2024
