Prompt payments and efficient service

I’ve had a nightmare year with my cat’s health. He’s had a disease called FIP , which was difficult to diagnose, distressing in its effects on him and very expensive to treat. The only worry I didn’t have was the cost. Each time I ordered a bottle of expensive antiviral medicine Petplan reimbursed me very promptly and without question. I am so grateful to them . Thanks to Petplan insurance funding me, after three months of treatment Joey now seems to be cured. Reviewed on: 26th August 2025

We made a claim for our Border Collie pup when she broke a baby canine tooth before we'd made our first monthly payment. It was settled straight away,Vets did all the claim process, all we had to do was pay the excess. Never had pet insurance before but happy we chose Petplan Reviewed on: 26th August 2025

Fabulous service, excellent staff, prompt payment

We had a terrible time last year when our dog developed acute pancreatitis. She was so ill and needed over night care. Petplan were fabulous and quick to reimburse us including the frankly exorbitant fees charged by the overnight care. My vet, who is an independent has more ethics than Vets now.
