Very good customer service.

Very good customer service and they reward loyal customers. I have been with them for many years and have an arrangement to pay quarterly and interest free. This scheme has now been discontinued but I have been allowed to remain on it as a loyal customer. I also appreciate the helpfulness of their call centre staff. Reviewed on: 27th August 2026

Always ready to help

We had a slightly complicated joint borrower sole proprietor mortgage for the purchase of my daughter’s flat. However, Tembo made it go extremely smoothly from beginning to end. Prompt payments and efficient service

I’ve had a nightmare year with my cat’s health. He’s had a disease called FIP , which was difficult to diagnose, distressing in its effects on him and very expensive to treat. The only worry I didn’t have was the cost. Each time I ordered a bottle of expensive antiviral medicine Petplan reimbursed me very promptly and without question. I am so grateful to them . Thanks to Petplan insurance funding me, after three months of treatment Joey now seems to be cured. Reviewed on: 26th August 2025
