Fabulous service, excellent staff, prompt payment

We had a terrible time last year when our dog developed acute pancreatitis. She was so ill and needed over night care. Petplan were fabulous and quick to reimburse us including the frankly exorbitant fees charged by the overnight care. My vet, who is an independent has more ethics than Vets now. Affordable 5 star cover

My cat Sooty had a couple of accidents when she was a young cat and she was expertly looked after by Harbour Vets in Portsmouth and Archway Vets in Petersfield and knowing that she was covered by Petplan took a lot of the worry out of what was a very stressful time. The vetinary staff were very helpful when we made our claim. Reviewed on: 25th September 2024

Been with petplan 29yrs best pet insurance around .

Would recommend petplan life insurance. 29yrs ive been with them and have always had good service .Knowing my cats are covered for illnesses and conditions for life .My policies are automatically renewed and having my petplan its so easy to track claims and down load policies etc .I find petplan good value and excellent service .
