Excellent cover for epileptic dog

My dog has been with Petplan since we had her as an 8 month old rescue. She developed epilepsy around age 3 and Petplan have been amazing at covering all the related costs for diagnosis and ongoing treatment. They always pay claims promptly without any hassle. Insured my dog for her whole 17 years

Insured my dog for her whole 17+ years of life. Paid thousands of £s in claims due to her eye problems and never queried a claim - paid vet direct every time except after a claim in France, which they settled quickly. Reviewed on: 29th August 2025

I’ve been with Petplan for decades -I won’t shop around.They are reliable and quick.Something I needed last year when my beautiful boy had a brain tumour.I didn’t need to worry about trying to provide the very best treatment available for him and thanks to them I gained some precious time .I even got a bouquet of flowers on my 60th birthday! Lots better than others on the market

Petplan have always looked after our two Rescue cat brothers Archie & Alfie from kittens. They have provided great customer service when claiming and nothing is too much trouble. Lots better than others on the market. Reviewed on: 28th August 2025

Compassionate efficient and helpful

Whenever I have needed to make a claim, it has been processed promptly and efficiently. My cats both have complex medical issues which need multiple vets being visited; despite this there is never any hiccup in the process and the vet being able to claim directly is a huge help with large bills. Everything is clearly explained in the policy and I always know what to expect. Reviewed on: 27th August 2025
