Having now used pet plan twice, I am so glad I took out insurance on my cat and even more pleased it was with petplan. Reliable honest and efficient.

I have never had to worry about whether a claim for one of my poorly cats will be honoured. Petplan has a brilliant online claims form that makes starting a claim an easy and quick process. Once submitted Petplan deals directly with my vets to ensure the correct information is passed on. All paperwork easily details excess amounts and any restrictions placed on the policies.
