I've been with Petplan for various cats' private health care for over 20 years (and have had to claim a couple of times, dealt with promptly and in a no quibble manner) - they are the original and the best. Would not even think about using anyone else - cheapest is not necessarily the best. Reviewed on: 27th July 2022

Excellent service for over 25 years!

Petplan are excellent - I always manage to get through on the phone, the Customer Service people are patient, kind and have always answered my queries very quickly.
