Top Notch Policy and OnLine Service

Your website remembered my details from a previous occasion and it was very easy going through the OnLine application form as all I had to do was change information that was no longer current. The policy was 50% cheaper than my renewal quote and included accidental damage and legal cover. Excellent! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2017

Confused

I had no problem in completing the form for Home Insurance. The confusion came when I received 2 confirmation emails for my policy. First stated "What you've bought Home Emergency £0.00 Insurance premium tax £0.63 Total payable £0.00 2nd stated Home emergency £0.00 Insurance premium tax £0.07 Total payable £0.00 I have no idea what that was all about. Easy renewal

When i was notified my renewal was due, i automatically presumed I would get this cheaper if i shopped around, which I did... however, Policy Expert still showed the cheapest. Therefore very easy to renew- do nothing and its all done for you. Great and easy. Reviewed on: 31st July 2017
