simple quick and a very good price

I have recently purchased a home insurance with policy expert. They were a £100 cheaper than my renewal with another insurer and also included in the price were: legal cover and home emergency cover which I would have to pay extra £28 and £24 pounds respectively more with my previous insurer. I have been so impressed with Policy Expert Home insurance. I have bought home insurance for my first house, money is tight and I first bought Policy Expert Home insurance as they were the cheapest and the best package(House insurance included legal cover and home emergency) I initially purchased my insurance too early(before exchange of contracts). Customer service were very helpful in advising me when to purchase my insurance, and immediately refunded my money. When I had exchanged contracts I called customer service, who were very helpful again and immediately set up my home insurance policy, and as requested did a letter for my mortgage company. The whole process was easy. There was NO waiting on the phone, NO passing from one department to the next. They were helpful and knowledgeable and did exactly as they said they would. I would like to say a thank you for helping me purchase my first ever home insurance and I would definitely recommend Policy Experts. Reviewed on: 30th July 2017

very helpful staff and simple to renew

Renewal quote was very competitive but unfortunately there was a problem taking payment. Received a call from a lovely lady who went through all the policy details and even managed to reduce the quote. Gave over updated payment details and all went through fine. Would recommend. Excellent customer service, always a good start!

After completing a comparison website and ring policy expert and admitting that because I'd not heard of the company I was a bit sceptical. Was then reassured with the amount of information I was supplies and the huge savings I've made but with more cover. Excellent customer service which I hope will carry on throughout. Easy process with help along the way

The whole process of purchasing home insurance was similar to that of being hand held which was exactly what I needed. I understood the fundamentals however the details on excesses and additional voluntary extras was clear throughout and easy to add/delete throughout. Everything was online which was ideal for me and overall a very happy customer. Reviewed on: 28th July 2017
