Spoke to very nice young lady, she had a bad cold, but still remained very polite , professional and charming. Went through the policy that I required with me, and I ended up purchasing. This young lady is a credit to the company she works for, only hope that if I need to make a claim then the rest of the company is as good as her. Her name was Papri. Thank you. Idiot Proof

When it comes to stuff like home insurance I'm a bit of an idiot to be honest. I'm an oldie and I'm useless with filling in forms etc. And I'm a definitely old fashioned. I realise we are all moving to 'paperless' online transactions but at the moment I feel safer & secure with confirmation of a policy by letter. I also ask insurance companies etc not to automatically renew next year but instead to contact me - why do so many companies ignore this request even after agreeing to it? I found my dealings with Policy Expert to be completely hassle free. A polite and helpful assistant talked me through everything and we sorted my policy within minutes. And nothing seemed too much trouble, even my old fashioned quirks ! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - even if you're not quite as idiotic as me, just yet! Reviewed on: 27th July 2017

Quick to get through - I accidentally ordered a yearly policy and they helped me cancel and change it with no fee or issues to monthly direct debit. Very good price too. Reviewed on: 26th July 2017

Reactive to questions and appears to be sound value

I stated that I had received better quotes than that on my renewal letter and your agent identified that the excess on the quotes was different. When I said that I was content with this excess, the agent re-calculated the premium and this proved to be cheaper than the other quotes. Reviewed on: 26th July 2017

Quick and simple insurance.

Quick and simple insurance cover. No hassle, good links and calculators. I found the sight easy to use, time to think things over before the next step. Documents were quick to follow with a good 14 day cooling off period to change things if required. Well worth trying, very good value for money. Reviewed on: 26th July 2017

Polite,friendly,efficient and quick from Sam at customer service . . As this is my 2nd year with them as yet i haven't had to make a claim so only if this happens I can then decide how efficient they are at dealing with any possible future claims.
