Review of the Policy Expert, Home insurance:

Helpful and knowledgeable and did exactly as they said they would.

I have been so impressed with Policy Expert Home insurance. I have bought home insurance for my first house, money is tight and I first bought Policy Expert Home insurance as they were the cheapest and the best package(House insurance included legal cover and home emergency) I initially purchased my insurance too early(before exchange of contracts). Customer service were very helpful in advising me when to purchase my insurance, and immediately refunded my money. When I had exchanged contracts I called customer service, who were very helpful again and immediately set up my home insurance policy, and as requested did a letter for my mortgage company. The whole process was easy. There was NO waiting on the phone, NO passing from one department to the next. They were helpful and knowledgeable and did exactly as they said they would. I would like to say a thank you for helping me purchase my first ever home insurance and I would definitely recommend Policy Experts. Reviewed on: 30th July 2017
