We had a flood recently. PE’s response is good so far

We have had a flood recently and Policy Experts drying team did a great job, very thorough. We are now in the process of getting the scope of works agreed for the repairs. So far, Policy Expert are being fair with us. They answer the phone and respond to messages, which is something Utility companies could learn. Reviewed on: 20th August 2026

Great customer service
