Disappointing Service, Unexplained Denials, and Poor.

I am thoroughly disappointed with Policy Expert UK and Trinity Claims. Despite submitting valid claims on my policy, every single one has been denied without any clear explanation or reasoning, leaving me completely in the dark about their decision-making process. Their customer service is equally frustrating. They fail to call back at the agreed times, don’t respond to messages in their portal, and treat you as though you’re being dishonest just for filing a claim. The interactions feel condescending and unprofessional, especially if you happen to have a foreign-sounding name. For non-native speakers, there is no patience or consideration either, which only adds to the feeling of being dismissed and unvalued. I would strongly advise against using this company if you’re looking for support and transparency when it matters most. This has been a deeply disappointing experience with no accountability in sight. Reviewed on: 31st October 2024

Was not warned in advance about renewals

I had a fine experience with Policy Expert but didn’t have any warnings when policies would be renewed. Therefore I was automatically renewed a number of times. The first first was fine, price rose by £5 per year. The second renewal they put it up by £50 with no warning! I cancelled straight away. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

At renewal, we send our renewal invites to customers 30 days before their policy expiry date to ensure they have plenty of time to inform us of any changes before the renewal is processed. However, changes can still be made afterwards, if needed. If your policy is due to renew, premiums can go up for multiple reasons, even if everything in your application is the same. Insurance is constantly changing and shopping around can make sure that you're getting the best price and cover for your demands and needs. As a result, it's always a good idea to talk to your current insurer directly to see if there are any offers available to you and to let them know of any changes. Less Anxiety - Their premiums have been consistently competitive. Customer service has been prompt and helpful. Notice of renewals are sent in plenty of time should one wish to consult the market. Regular advice is received on matters pertinent to any conscientious consumer in all areas of risk - home, car and life policies. A comprehensive service that effectively meets the sometimes complicated needs of the consumer! I would heartily recommend Policy Expert if it's expert advice you require!!
