Easy renewal process

I received my renewal notice by post. Increased by 8% so I phoned to query. Premium instantly reduced to just less than last year. No quibble. It pays to ask. I have never claimed so can only comment on renewals process, but you only find out how good your insurer is when you make a claim. I have high expectations. Reviewed on: 26th July 2017

Easy to use website and although not the cheapest by far the best cover and customer reviews

Used a price comparison website to find a cheap insurance policy quote and although policy expert was not the cheapest we could find the cover was good and other customer feedback seemed to be good after claims were made. a good and easy company to set up insurance with

we contacted the company to set up home insurance through compare the market, the costomer service rep we spoke to was helpful and friendly. We were told about all extras we could add on and upgrade our cover if we wanted to. Reviewed on: 25th July 2017

Competative

Easy to join and renew, renewal price was more than previous year and more also more than quoted elsewhere. However after calling to cancel they came down in price at £5 more than my other quotes and so i stayed with them. No issues review as we havent had to claim though them. Reviewed on: 24th July 2017

Quick, simple, helpful and cheapest out there

Policy expert were very helpful in completing our house insurance. The lady we spoke to was very kind and friendly. We also looked about and could not get insurance at the same level for the price! Reviewed on: 24th July 2017
