Idiot Proof

When it comes to stuff like home insurance I'm a bit of an idiot to be honest. I'm an oldie and I'm useless with filling in forms etc. And I'm a definitely old fashioned. I realise we are all moving to 'paperless' online transactions but at the moment I feel safer & secure with confirmation of a policy by letter. I also ask insurance companies etc not to automatically renew next year but instead to contact me - why do so many companies ignore this request even after agreeing to it? I found my dealings with Policy Expert to be completely hassle free. A polite and helpful assistant talked me through everything and we sorted my policy within minutes. And nothing seemed too much trouble, even my old fashioned quirks ! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - even if you're not quite as idiotic as me, just yet! Reviewed on: 27th July 2017
