Confused

I had no problem in completing the form for Home Insurance. The confusion came when I received 2 confirmation emails for my policy. First stated "What you've bought Home Emergency £0.00 Insurance premium tax £0.63 Total payable £0.00 2nd stated Home emergency £0.00 Insurance premium tax £0.07 Total payable £0.00 I have no idea what that was all about.
