Policy renewal

Policy was automatically renewed a week before the renewal date. No letter or anything sent to us. And surprise surprise, the policy is more expensive. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2017

Extraordinary

I'm one of those people who gets cross with insurance companies that offer a good deal in the first year and beef up the premiums in subsequent years in the hope I won't be bothered to shop around- and I really wish I didn't have to! When I first got a quote from Policy Expert I didn't believe it and rang them to ask what the catch was: what things were being left out, or what whopping excess was involved or what bit of small print was going to catch me out. Easy transaction

Easy transaction, just renewed for year 3 with policy expert. They always match any other quote. Luckily I have had no reason to make a claim but cannot envisage any issues if I did. Reviewed on: 21st June 2017

Overjoyed

Having used Policy Experts for some time now I'm happy to keep using them, their policy's are a fair price and so compacted.
