Renewed despite cancelling!!!

We received the renewal and immediately cancelled it I was told that was fine and no money would be taken IV logged onto my bank to see they have taken £160 despite me cancelling the policy!!! Emailed no reply and no refund!! Reviewed on: 16th June 2017

Renewal price very competitive (unusual in the insurance industry where loyalty is too often penalised!) . Slight changes to policy details made via a professionally managed telephone service...quick connection time, clearly-spoken and competent operators. It's how internet "shopping" ought to be. Couldnt find anything better!!!

Rang to cancel my policy for this year as I thought I had a better offer. After a discussion with the agent got a better deal, price reduced and free legal cost and to top that I didnt know I was also covered for loss of house keys and change of locks. Top that happy days.
