Renewal price very competitive (unusual in the insurance industry where loyalty is too often penalised!) . Slight changes to policy details made via a professionally managed telephone service...quick connection time, clearly-spoken and competent operators. It's how internet "shopping" ought to be. Couldnt find anything better!!!

Rang to cancel my policy for this year as I thought I had a better offer. After a discussion with the agent got a better deal, price reduced and free legal cost and to top that I didnt know I was also covered for loss of house keys and change of locks. Top that happy days. Good value helpful staff and easy to get started

I was going through all the compare sites and after filling the form I realised I did not need to renew for over a month so when the month was up I phoned in instead of filling the form again and was impressed with manner of the young man who found my application and set everything up easily and without any fuss.
