Extraordinary

I'm one of those people who gets cross with insurance companies that offer a good deal in the first year and beef up the premiums in subsequent years in the hope I won't be bothered to shop around- and I really wish I didn't have to! When I first got a quote from Policy Expert I didn't believe it and rang them to ask what the catch was: what things were being left out, or what whopping excess was involved or what bit of small print was going to catch me out.
