Okay bank but could do better

Voting rbs

Online banking is fast and simple. Security check is 10 out of 10. Fraudulent Transactions, I get a call or a message on them. Very happy with their service. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Royal Bank of Scotland

After 50 plus years as a customer ,of high networth, RBS have ignored at least 15 emails I have sent, I am in California on holiday and they have been told this MANY times but they continually tell me they are sending acitvation codes, despite me telling them I am in USA, WHY?????? I need access to my account to buy medication but they ignore this!!!!! I had a heart attack 3 weeks ago and they STILL ignore me!!! Pathetic!! John Mc Dade Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Good retail bank for Scottish customers

Within England, RBS is an amalgamation of several banks, such as William's & Glynn's. Why not migrate RBS's retail customers to NatWest, which still has some local high-street branches where staff can handle transactions that require face to face contact. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2023
