After 50 plus years as a customer ,of high networth, RBS have ignored at least 15 emails I have sent, I am in California on holiday and they have been told this MANY times but they continually tell me they are sending acitvation codes, despite me telling them I am in USA, WHY?????? I need access to my account to buy medication but they ignore this!!!!! I had a heart attack 3 weeks ago and they STILL ignore me!!! Pathetic!! John Mc Dade Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

A waste of time for me, pathetic!!!

I m on holiday in USA and have been locked out of my account for about a month. CORA or anyone else in RBS have been pathetic. I will be closing my account once I get back to Scotland. The main problem is that I keep being told they are sending me an activation code to my UK address BUT I have told them at least 10 times I am CALIFORNIA USA. I cannot get ANYONE IN RBS to respond to me. despite the fact I have had a heart attack in the last few weeks and need £1300 every month no... Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
