Excellent Customer Service

I have been a customer of RBS for many years and I can't fault their customer service. I occasionally have to phone up with queries or to visit a branch and I have never has anything less that excellent customer service. Once I had scheduled an account review but there was some mix up and the advisor who I was due to see was not there. The branch manager handled the review himself and managed to massively help me sort my finances out. The only slight criticism is that it can sometimes be quite difficult to get through via telephone. Reviewed on: 14th November 2016

Our branch are very good at keeping us up to date and ensuring that we have everything that we need. As a forces family on the move a lot they know that it's easier to pick up the phone to catch us rather than mailings. Basic account, no frills but no cost. Not sure if it is better to stick with this or try one of the many fancy, monthly cost, accounts that apparently give all sorts of benefits/rewards.

Looking at Reward accounts with RBS. Sceptical. Do I need it, will I be better off, or will the bank be better off. They tell me I will be so I should trust that a reputable bank wouldn't lie? Reviewed on: 4th May 2016

Leaving the bank

I found my branch of RBS not so customer friendly . Always seemed to be young assistants with the impression they were not interested in the customers. Get the transaction done and move on. So i did and left Reviewed on: 28th March 2016
